BANANA ICE CREAM

- 3 Ripe Bananas
- 1 tbsp of Raw Honey

- To start, slice three ripe bananas and put them in the freezer until they’re frozen. Once they’re frozen, remove them from the freezer and add them to a blender or food processor along with one tablespoon of raw honey.
- Blend the mixture until it’s smooth and creamy, just like ice cream. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender a few times to ensure everything is fully blended.
