BANANA ICE CREAM

Ingredients

  • 3 Ripe Bananas
  • 1 tbsp of Raw Honey

Directions

  1. To start, slice three ripe bananas and put them in the freezer until they’re frozen. Once they’re frozen, remove them from the freezer and add them to a blender or food processor along with one tablespoon of raw honey.
  2. Blend the mixture until it’s smooth and creamy, just like ice cream. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender a few times to ensure everything is fully blended.

And that’s it! Your banana ice cream is ready to enjoy. This recipe is so easy that it’s basically idiot-proof, and at around 380 calories per serving, it makes a great addition to your diet if you’re not on a cut.
