COMMITMENT

Commitment is key to achieving your fitness goals. Half-hearted efforts will only yield mediocre results. If you want to reach your full potential, you need to be fully invested in the program. I will provide the guidance and support to help you become 1% better every single day, but it’s up to you to put in the effort and prove to yourself what you’re truly capable of. Remember, the results you achieve will reflect the level of your commitment. So don’t half-ass it – give it your all and see what you’re truly capable of.

HONESTY

Being dishonest about following the plan is not acceptable. If you find yourself deviating from what I have designed for any reason, please be truthful and let me know what happened. I will work with you to make adjustments or find ways to make up for any unexpected situations. Keeping this information to yourself will only hinder your progress and hold you back from achieving your goals.

If you deviate from the plan or are not putting in the necessary effort, do not lie or falsely claim that the program is ineffective. Instead, be truthful with yourself and with me about what’s going on. Adjustments may need to be made, but it should be for honest reasons, not to cover up a lack of commitment. By being honest, we can work together towards your success and achieve your fitness goals.

Trust

The program contents are confidential and are only intended for the individual to whom they are addressed. Any attempt to distribute, copy or share the program is strictly prohibited.

No Refunds

There are no refunds. Why?

It keeps you committed. – Making a commitment is the first step towards achieving success in many aspects of life. To challenge ourselves and develop leaner, stronger bodies, we need to push beyond our comfort zones. Offering refunds can be highly detrimental to achieving success, as it removes the incentive to follow through with a plan. Information holds no value unless it is acted upon. By paying for a coaching program, you are more likely to take it seriously and put in the necessary effort to succeed. Conversely, offering a refund or providing something for free often results in people half-assing or ignoring it altogether within a matter of days.

It prevents occasional dishonest people. Unfortunately, there are people who may try to obtain a detailed plan without the intention of paying for it, with the expectation that they can demand a refund or leave a negative review if they don’t get what they want. By having a clear policy in place, it sets a standard for everyone and ensures that those who are truly committed to the program are the ones who benefit from it.

It protects my reputation. – By not offering refunds and holding people accountable for their commitment, it ensures that the clients who work with me are serious about their goals and willing to put in the effort to achieve them. I need to be known as a coach that holds people accountable because this is precisely the reason why many people hire a coach in the first place. If I get a reputation for not following through on my word, I steal this commitment tool from future customers and undermine my entire business.

Each program is tailored to the individual’s specific needs, and a significant amount of time and effort is dedicated to creating them. Therefore, no refunds will be issued during our coaching period due to the nature of intellectual property provided and the ongoing 24/7 support offered.

Client Responsibilities

Client Check-Ins and Communication: Regular check-ins are crucial. It’s the client’s duty to stay in touch and actively participate in scheduled check-ins. Failure to check-in doesn’t automatically nullify participation or payment obligations. If communication halts from the client’s end without formal cancellation, payment obligations persist until a cancellation request is made.

Payment Responsibilities During Communication Pause: During a temporary communication pause from the client’s end without formal cancellation, payment obligations persist. Even if contact is briefly suspended, the client must maintain payments until a formal cancellation request is submitted. Furthermore, please note that if pending payments aren’t settled, the client will not receive the subsequent week’s/month’s program until payments are settled, unless a prior agreement for late payment has been arranged.

Termination of Coaching Program

If a client chooses to discontinue their involvement in the coaching program, it’s imperative to submit a formal cancellation request. Any pending payments related to the coaching service must be settled. Following the conclusion of our coaching period, programs will no longer be available online. Clients are advised to save their programs if they desire access beyond the coaching period.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Shipping returns

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
